Support….

None of us can do it alone.  God sends special people into our lives to do his will. We need  encouragers, faith builders, shepherds, confidants, intercessors, friends, pals, helpmates, the list goes on and on.  God has richly blessed me with all the above, and many of them came in the form of  photography buddies.  Jim Begley, Chuck Summers, Raymond Jabola, there have been blessedly many.  One has been extra special, Carl Turner.  Carl is one of those rare individuals, that can weep at the drop of a hat, he is that devoted to God, that committed to His walk, that determined not to let “Him” down.

Many people encourage us, and lift us up, Carl inspires me!  Carl doesn’t tell you he is committed, he shows you, he doesn’t say he loves you, he shows you.  He is not afraid to suggest something others wouldn’t be bold enough to suggest.  I appreciate many things, I’m thankful for many things, but I cherish this kind of friend.  At the end of the day, you come to realize that God, in His infinite wisdom knows what me need the most, and He always supplies it!

How are you fitting into God’s plans, are you working as an encourager?   Are you asking God who needs you, who needs what you can give?  Are you asking God to show you what He desires from your life for others, are you willing, Carl is!  You can be too!
