Romans 14:7-12<\/span><\/h3>\n

New Living Translation (NLT)<\/span><\/p>\n<\/div>\n

7<\/sup> For we don\u2019t live for ourselves or die for ourselves. 8<\/sup> If we live, it\u2019s to honor the Lord. And if we die, it\u2019s to honor the Lord. So whether we live or die, we belong to the Lord. 9<\/sup>Christ died and rose again for this very purpose\u2014to be Lord both of the living and of the dead.<\/span>\u00a010<\/sup> So why do you condemn another believer[a<\/span><\/a>]<\/sup>? Why do you look down on another believer? Remember, we will all stand before the judgment seat of God. 11<\/sup> For the Scriptures say,<\/span>\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u201c\u2018As surely as I live,\u2019 says the Lord,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u2018every knee will bend to me,<\/span>
\n\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0and every tongue will confess and give praise to God.[b<\/span><\/a>]<\/sup>\u2019\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n

\u00a012<\/sup> Yes, each of us will give a personal account to God.\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n

A simple thought to start your weekend. \u00a0As we prepare to celebrate the birthday of our Savior, will you bend a knee and worship and accept Him now or will you not face Him until the day of judgement and bow before the King of Kings not knowing Him at all. My friend please don’t wait until it is too late to accept Him as who He is, and has alway been. \u00a0Many do not recognize a need for God, or salvation, to them it’s all a fairy tale, my heart aches for the surprise those people have in store when it becomes a full reality to them. \u00a0I do not wish for anyone ot be caught by that surprise.<\/p>\n

I awoke during the night and read an article about all t his stuff going back and forth about Tim Tebow. \u00a0To my delight their were 365 responses to this article and the vast majority supported his open stance on his faith. \u00a0The few that were counter to that were the people described above, people afraid of the name Jesus. \u00a0If you are denying Him, you should be afraid, the consequences fo life lived apart from Him is too awful to imagine. \u00a0As Christmas approaches I beg you please make this your first real Christmas, meet the Man, Jesus!<\/p>\n

I’m off to Atlanta for weekend photojournalism conference and will not return till Sunday. \u00a0I pray you have a blessed weekend and will start to feel the Christmas spirit welling up in you each day. \u00a0If you know a friend that doesn’t know Christ, this would be the perfect time to introduce them!<\/p>\n
