Well Jim and I were headed to White, GA this afternoon, behaving ourselves, when he remembered a great burger he had heard about, had to check it out\"\"<\/a>! \u00a0Turns out it was a great find, I would go so far as saying the best Burger I’ve had in the South! \u00a0( I don’t consider Texas or Georgetown, Kentucky the South!) \u00a0 This new restaurant in Chattanooga, called Urban Stack<\/strong><\/span> is a great place for a burger. \u00a0The burger was very well prepared, seasoned,and had very few faults. \u00a0I would have preferred Hellman’s Real Mayo, and the meat was patted down a little tight, but it still garnered a great score of 4.65! \u00a0That puts it in the upper 10% of all my burger experiences, and that is great territory. \u00a0Our waiter Jeremy Brewton took great care of Jim and I and the manager came over and we had a great chat about burgers, they really seemed to be trying to build a solid business!<\/p>\n

My prediction is they will. \u00a0The place was packed and I would say in the downtown area on a Wednesday night, it’s a good indicator that others in the area, share my praise!<\/p>\n

So, I have to say I agree with their T-shirts, “These burgers are kind of a big deal!”<\/p>\n
