Well the Imaging USA show ends tomorrow, and I’m headed home for a day before I go to the next event. \u00a0This has been a bitter sweet event, spending time with a lot of great friends both at Nikon and industry friends for the last decade or more! \u00a0Monday of last week I turned in my letter announcing my retirement from Nikon as of July 1st of this year. \u00a0I will miss these folks, though I will certainly continue to see them, and I will miss the fellowship, but I’m very excited about the future with my Kelby Media buddies and Jim and the His Light family!!! \u00a0I’m even more looking forward to being home more and spending time with Sherelene after years of being apart over 230 days a year!!!<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Life is full of new challenges, and new adventures, and I’m up for the next phase of my life. \u00a0Over the past few years God has made it so clear to me that He wants me to give myself fully to the mission He has started. \u00a0I’m enjoying sharing His love with others and always love to find and make new images while teaching to the great people He has placed in my path.<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

I’m going to ask you to do something for me. \u00a0Please pray that the following things happen over the next number of years;<\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

1. \u00a0That I will stay humble before my Heavenly Father and seek to know His will for my life!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

2. \u00a0That when I know I hear His voice that I will always be obedient!<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

3. \u00a0That I will be a great husband for Sherelene, helping her, and taking pressure off of her, as we adjust to this new life.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

4. \u00a0That I will invest a lot of my new freedom with time in my children and grandchildren, family and friends. \u00a0Giving them the kind of love they have given over all these years of being gone.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

5. \u00a0That I will spend more time in the word and prayer and on my knees seeking Gods direction.<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

6. That I will continue to seek what God would have me share with you, my friends……<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n

 <\/p>\n

Let me thank all of you that follow the blog and have prayed for me through the years, I commtt to continue to faithfully serve Him and you!<\/p>\n
