It’s not easy being green……..

Chasing color in the Olympic Peninsula is not easy,up at 3:30 a.m. head hitting the pillow at 10:00 p.m.!  But the rewards are great!  This group have been troopers!  We went yesterday and this morning over in the Forks area and some of the close-up opportunities in the Hoh Rain Forest were spectacular!  Hope you enjoy this sampling……

Rich color, great times, it’s hard to beat!

  1. Those moss-covered trees are incredible! If I were there, I’m not sure you could have gotten me to move. In fact, I might have gotten lost and you all would have had to find me 🙂 I am loving all your sharing here – it’s a total adventure! I think I’m getting more sleep than all of you however 🙂

Amazing images, Bill. Do you set your Picture Control on Vivid for occasions like this? Thank you.

Absolutely beautiful images. Marlene said she would love to have a few of these for our home! That is pretty high praise Bill. I agree, you capture God’s handiwork like few can.

  6. I am always impressed with the variety of green when looking up at the mountains in southern Appalachia in the spring. It boggles the mind. What a Creator we serve.
