I wondered how long it would take! I learned a new filter at the workshop, and though we had a lot of fog, not during the shot above, so NIK ‘s Grduated Fof Filter to the rescue! Just in case you were wondering, someone else did!

    Bill,

Glad you are enjoying Oregon, I have not been there since the early 90’s (I had a Bronica GS6x7 in those days-ouch!)

Not sure what the FoF filter is – Nik CEF4 Graduated Fog Filter?

BTW, have you found a replacement (screw-in) lens hood for the 16-55/f2.8 and the 50-140/f2.8 lenses?

    • admin says:

For the 50-140 I’m using the Mamiya RZ-67 long rubber high model M-77 No. 2
      Nothing yet for the 16-55

      • Peter Gilbert says:

Bill, Thanks, I just ordered one of those Mamiya hoods, now to find my 72 to 77 step up ring!

  5. Beautiful shots Bill !! You were obviously in “the Zone” on this trip!!

      Bill,

Wanted to let you know I just saw the date for the Texas Bill Fortney festival being held in Friona, Texas on July 18, 2015. It is called the “Texas Cheeseburger Festival and Car Show” thought of you as soon as I read about it. lol
