Talented friends……

When I was assembling the Fuji book I asked some friends to share some of their work and it amazes me just how many truly fantastic photographers there are out there today! I thought I might just showcase some of the images I received and credit the wonderful shooters! Enjoy!

Bill, thank you for your friendship, your kindness, support, and encouragement through the difficult time of Zoe’s passing. Looking forward to more workshops with you and great instruction from you this year.
Mike, you are a dear friend and it is a lot of fun to be out in the field with you!
Thanks Bill. I am honored to be called your friend, and I am really looking forward to
our time together.

Impressive stuff. As a GAPW “graduate” and (hopefully) “friend” I remember well the Nature of America book. Many of the “amateur” images were as good and sometimes better than the pros and I remember you, Will Clay and some others at the time commenting on the good quality of some of the work. A good workshop with the right instructors can pay off (and, sad to say, a ho-hum one, even with a “name” pro, can be a real disappointment). Our CNPA guys and gals, for example, are incredible. You really are owed a lot perhaps not as much for your present efforts but the past GAPW which got a lot of people interested in great places and great photography. There sure were a lot of imitators!
